The advantage of the Sinter programme is also our own tool workshop which is reflected in the quick making of tools. The quick and quality making of tools is of the greatest importance for the correct and fair delivery of products to our costumers.
The tool workshop is organized in two parts. One part represents the making of tools, while the other makes sure that the tools are always ready for the regularly production of pressing and calibration.
The tool workshop with the specialized machinery for mechanic treatment of tools for pressing and calibration is of first class.
The production of the tool workshop uses the following machinery:
- Universal NC and CNC lathes
- Universal NC and CNC milling machines
- Coordinate grinding machines
- The machine for the making of electrodes for immersion erosion (also hard milling)
- 4 machines for immersion erosion
- 3 machines for wire erosion
- 2 machines for cylindrical grinding
- 2 machines for surface profile grinding
- 3D measuring machine
